Emergency Assist

Just joined here. Where do I ask: I subscribe to amazon's Alexa Emergency Assist where I can call out and it connects me to a human. who will then call for help.I am assuming I cannot do that with Home Assistant but is there any way to get alexa to call someone on the phone ie: I fell and cant get up, need help or even call 911? thank you
