Slow location update even with Location zone enabled

I have Location zone enabled in my HA companion app, but I have very slow location updates. How can i troubleshoot this?

That only updates on geofence events so you won't see many updates at all. You should make sure all of location tracking is setup properly https://companion.home-assistant.io/docs/troubleshooting/faqs#device-tracker-is-not-updating-in-android-app
