In the Voice presentation that is going live atm, Paulus mentioned that with the API of home assistant, you can connect an LLM to control your Hass.
Would that mean that I could have Chat GPT or Claude to read my log files, or my config files and actually improve/write/edit my install?
Or at the very least output code into the prompt based on what it accessed in the API?

No, it's just processing the voice commands. (Well, not just voice, but it's conversation agent, not the co-pilot)

Too many different integrations and customizability there. Also LLMs are hallucinating still 🙂

Yeah, fair amount of errors still, but on the other hand, they have also helped me build integrations and automations I would never be able to do without them 🙂
