What’s the best way to connect a IKEA Rodret switch? I have a Dirigera HUB. In integrations I just found the old Tradfri. Goal is to ultimately control an Eve smart plug with the switch. Thanks for helping 🙏 #ikea

I'm using it with Zigbee dongle. Using ZHA and 'IKEA Rodret Dimmer Controls (ZHA/Z2M)' blueprint.

I don't believe the ikea hubs expose the remotes to home assistant - they can only be set up to control devices directly, within the ikea system. If you want to use the remote to control other things with home assistant automations you'll have to get a zigbee dongle and use the ZHA or zigbee2mqtt integration.
