Hello,
I've noticed when I reboot or restart my HA instance I will get random notification for device state changes (e.g. a door being opened). Is there a way to configure notifications to avoid these scenarios?

Maybe by checking they didn't come from unavailable

In this scenario, a door is closed. HA is rebooted, however on boot up I get a notification that a door was closed. So no state was changed, but the notification fires.
