i have a set of tuya strip lights that refuse to connect to HA, whether i use the built in integration or localtuya. i've spent days trying to get them to work. i'm completely new to this and i don't know what anything does yet, is there a device i can buy that i can plug the strip lights into that will let me connect them to HA? i don't want to have to run a new set of lights through my room that was a pain

Make and model number?

they're from tuya, the developer platform says the product is led_strip_wifi_ble_RGB. i don't have the box or anything

Sadly Tuya are an over-arching platform provider, hundreds of others make stuff under that name

i can go look at the little brick that plugs into the wall and see if i can find anything but it'll take me a minute

Any model number printed on it will help people help you
