When looking at information in pages like this, https://zigbee.blakadder.com/Sonoff_ZBDongle-P.html, when it shows ZHA, Zigbee2mqtt, etc, does it mean it is compatible with every other device listing the same one, or is there other things to verify?

I'm asking because I've been reading about how some hubs aren't compatible with other brands or what-not.

Zha and zigbee2mqtt are just the way the dongle integrates to home assistant

Basically anything that uses zigbee should work with that dongle. I say should because the standards around zigbee are a lot lighter than something like zwave. Tuya zigbee devices should be avoided if at all possible.

"Requires AQARA HUB"

Well they want you to use their HUB as this is what they support. Doesn't mean you can't use a third party "hub" with it. You can search for zigbee2mqtt or zha in the Looking for specific info box to see what others say about it.

Don't buy the P dongle, it has known hardware faults
