Hi. I've just installed HA on a Beelink PC. It discovered some of my lights, outlets and other devices and seems to be working.
I have a Shelly Motion generation 1 in the garage that is working with Alexa to turn on smart bulbs in the garage and laundry room. The sensor is located near the rollup garage door. The sensor LEDs indicate it is sensing vibration when the garage door is opened or closed. I was unsuccessful getting a vibration announcement working on the Amazon Echo or Dots. I can browse to the sensor web UI from my computer and the HA server is on the same wired Ethernet network.
When I try to add the Shelly integration to HA, it asks for Host (The hostname or IP address of the Shelly device to connect to) and Port (The TCP port of the Shelly device to connect to (Gen2+). The Port defaults to 80. I discovered the IP address of sensor using the router's web UI and entered it here. After selecting SUBMIT it spins for awhile then reports Failed to connect. The sensor's web UI does not require authentication.
If I try again, without restarting HA, I get a different error, Already in progress. Has anyone else had any luck getting this old sensor set up?
