The other day I needed to add a zwave device by scanning its QR code and I was struggling with it because of two issues 1) when trying to move the phone into position, the camera was moving in different directions, e.g. left / right became up / down and my brain is not wired for it 2) the image was very blurry when I held the device and had to move away to get the image sharp, but the QR code was difficult to scan because it was so small. In case it matters, I have an iPhone 16 pro with the latest iOS and the latest HA app.
