So I am trying to find the right resource to integrate my HA with my local google home speakers and incorporate a local Ai server that I have built so I can be self sufficient and not rely on the cloud.
With google doing away with integrating with HA just want to do this once.

That's too broad question, and most probably you're underestimating complexity of it. 🙂
Google speakers can be used as Cast speakers, but there's no way to use them as voice satellites for HA.
Local AI needs always-on rig with NVIDIA graphics card with at least 16GB of VRAM to run.

Nabu Casa offers exposing HA entities to Google ecosystem. Then you can manage them by Google assistant voice commands. It's nothing to do with HA Voice Assist.

So you are saying that there is no way for me to use my google home devices leverage commands to HA devices. I have been able to do that in the past.

You can use Google home devices to manage HA devices - but not with Home Assistant. So no AI or other stuff. Basically you will be using Google Home app, devices will be there.
