I have a Denon AVR X1800H that uses the Denon integration and the HEOS integration. After a while, HEOS stops working because my device's IP address has changed thanks to dynamic leases.
I have now set a static lease for the Denon, which should prevent it from breaking again... but now when I go back to set up the integration again I get the attached screenshot - it says to "Please enter the host name or IP address of a HEOS device" but it only has a list of the IP addresses it has detected. I can't manually replace 192.168.0.10 with "denon.localdomain" to make the IP address problem go away for good and keep me from having to manage a static lease.
This might sound like a trivial problem, but the fewer separate places I have to reconfigure things the better. If HA can simply access it by the hostname I'd never have had this issue to begin with.
Am I missing something or is this an oversight in the HEOS integration?
