Hello,
I have a Nuki 4 Pro lock up and running in Apple Home / HomeKit. When I try to add it to HA via the Matter integration, I receive an error message that the device couldn’t be added. I use the Pairing Code provided by HomeKit and after I confirm the entry it takes a few seconds before the entry field is shown again.
It worked already once but I had to setup my network again. No, it doesn’t work anymore. Everything else does.
I am using the companion app, tried it from both v-land and added credentials back and forth.
Any ideas?

I found the problem. The HomePod Mini that was controlling the HomeKit was in another v-lan. Bringing them all into one allowed me to add the lock.

After the pairing, it doesn’t seem to matter though.
