#EZVIZ Integration with HP2 server error 500 on snapshot

i have EZVIZ Integration with EZVIZ HP2, when i go to device and click on download snapshot i have a file downloaded with this content: 500: Internal Server Error
Where is the problem ?
Which server is getting error ?
