Hi! I run in VirtualBox headless start on windows 10 bootup, restart the PC every day and start the server all with task manager. HA start with 20 seconds delay. Sometimes my zigbee devices don't work at all and I have to manually restart HA in VirtualBox. This is the error message in the Zigbee integration in HA.

ZHA is not an add-on. That is likely a problem with VirtualBox.

I hear you! I had somewhat similar setup before VB in Win10pro. It never worked smooth. Have you tried starting VB as administrator? My opinion is to switch to proxmox (that's what i did). Or run z2m as a standalone app in win10.
