Ive spent the last hour looking for a way to have HA send me a TEXT message but all Ive found is sending Notification (which I have experimented with and works great). I am often working on my PC and I see text notifications but my phone isn't necessarily near me to see HA Notifications. Can someone point me to a video or link that can help me set this up? Thanks.

What country are you in? Does your mobile provider have an email to SMS gateway?
Alternatively, why not use a notifier that can send to your phone and PC? Telegram for instance.
I live in the USA. And not sure about the gateway. My carrier is T-Mobile so assume they would have it.
Super open to that. I dont use Telegram but use SIgnal and WhatsApp. I jsut want non App notifications for this 🙂 A great example was I was just on a call, phone on silent and put away and got an important text I needed to know about 🙂 If this was App only, I would have missed it.
The android app has support for telling HA about notifications your phone gets
Sorry for the dumb question, still new here. When you say Android app, do you mean there is one on HA or one the Google App store for Android? Thanks.
What kind of PC? Windows, Mac, Linux?
And what kind of mobile OS?
The short answer to “how can I use SMS” is going to be Twilio, https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/twilio_sms/
But depending on OS, there may be easier, and free, ways to get notified on both devices.
You could also use an email provider and email the gateway address. https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/mailgun/

My HA runs on the HA Green thing. My mobile phone is a Galaxy S24Ultra and an iPhone 16ProMax, both on TMobile
This thing. I am not sure what its called.
My understanding w Twillo is that I'll need one of their phone numbers and i just want this to come to mine and my wifes.
That's the Green
It's not clear what you actually want
Do you want notified when the phone gets an SMS?
Do you want to be able to get HA to send the same notification to your phone and PC?
Ah, cool. I meant your PC that you want to get notifications on. The two mobile phones can use the official Home Assistant app to get notifications, and if you have a Mac, you can use the same app there too and get notifications directly from Home Assistant.
Otherwise, there are lots of different Notification integrations you can use that offer cross platform notifications: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/#notifications
The use case: When the Dryer Stop (vibration sensor), i want to get a text on my phone (not a HA Notification) that the dryer is done (same for washer).
You can use the official app with notification channels so that you always get sound. Otherwise the SMS options are both mentioned above.
It sounds to me from your original post that you want the notification on mobile and your PC, and you’re thinking SMS is an easy way to do that because you already have those mirrored to your PC.
Anyway, several options here for you: Twilio, Email to Gateway, or multi-platform push.
No, to be clear: I do NOT want Notifications, App notifications don't work for what I am tring to do here. I want a regular SMS text message when the dryer or washer stops. When working, my browser shows me SMS message from my regular T Mobile cell phone, even if my phone is in my backpack. Thats what I want to do here. I have a Glaxy S24, wife has a Galxy S22, both on T-Mobile carrier
That sounds like you want to be notified on your desktop when your dryer or washer stop, regardless of where your phone is.
