Hi all,
I’m running Home Assistant on a Yellow setup with a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4), added SSD storage, and installed heatsinks for cooling.

After powering it via a TP-Link TL-POE150S PoE injector, I get a brief blue LED flash, then it stays on steady green and red LEDs—no local network presence.

I’m unsure what these LED states mean in this configuration. Has anyone encountered this or have suggestions for troubleshooting?
