#Have one light copy state of another light?

I have 2 lights next to each other, one is Zigbee and one is Bluetooth. I tried using a light group, but the Bluetooth one is often slower to respond when turning on, so they don't turn on in sync. Ideally I would like the Zigbee light to mirror the state of the Bluetooth light since it's faster responding. What's the cleanest way to achieve this?

Make an automation that triggers when the BT light changes to any state, then the action would be to set the state of the other light be the trigger to state (from the trigger).
