I have a few differenmt Matter devices on my network, two Kasa/ TP-Link KP125M switches, and a few nanoleaf A19 bulbs. I was able to set up the two switches and two bulbs a while back, but now can not add any accessory, Matter over Wifi or Thread. Is this a known issue or do I have a hardware failure on my end? Using HA Yellow as my Matter Server and Border Router. All integrations/ Add-ons up to date. All existing Matter devices, Thread or Wifi are functional. just can't add any new ones.

Are you trying to adopt the devices using Android, iPhone, or some other method (please elaborate if so)?

I am using an iPhone, the previously learned devices were adopted from the same device

do you get this issue when adding thread devices or wifi devices? Can you describe exactly where in the process of adding the device you get the error screen (i.e. what messages/steps are shown prior to the error?)

So I get it adding Thread or Wifi devices, it will sometimes pass the connecting to device screen, sometimes just load forever then say it is unable to connect to device. If it passes that screen it will go to setting up, then fails there and just says unable to add accessory.

Flat network ? No pro/enterprise grade networking stuff like Unifi in place ?

Also, ensure that IPv6 is enabled (just set to automatic) on the network interface of HAOS
