#Homematic Thermosta flex: Zigbee??

Hi, I feel stupid but I just can't get information about the homematic devices, if the actually require their bridge/hub or if they can work with my homeassistant (including zigbee) setup. Specifically this device here:

I had in my mind, that homematic is very open but i can't find "zigbee" anywhere. Anyone can help me? :/

Homematic uses the 868 MHz frequency for their devices.

You need one of their hubs.

Or at least one of their (compatible) radio components to use open source management software like RaspberryMatic.

oh.... oh no x_x i don't want to collect 3rd party hubs in my home :/
Do you happen to have some recommendation? I have some cheap tuya-knockoffs but their hardware is somehow a little bit loose and in some cases the thermostate is falling of the radiator valve. So i'm searching for a replacement that is well manufactured^^°
