Home assistant app don't work with static IP

I installed HA on a rasberry PI, which works with the DHCH of my box. I had no problem connecting the HA mobile app (on my Xiaomi phone with Android).
I now want to put a fixed ip on my HA, so I went to Settings --> System --> Network
I set the ip to “static” and navigated to the new IP with my pc: 192.168.1.160:8123

I changed the server ip on my phone and the Home Assistant loads endlessly or displays a permanent white screen.

What I tried:

Reinstall the application --> same result
Empty the phone's cache --> same result

Reset IP address to DHCP --> My phone can connect.
Set a fixed address via DHCP --> My phone can connect.

The static address I set is not in conflict with other addresses and is still reachable on the computer.

On Browser everything works fine when I set my address to static (192.168.1.160:8123).

Why can't I set a fixed IP via the HA OS web interface?

Can you share a screenshot of what you see? Also try and wait about 10 seconds on the blank page to see if a pop-up comes up

Should be a reboot of the system as a step in there. Was that done? (not a restart of HA)

I have try a few more phing with my network, here is a shema of my network.

With my phone when I am connected to R1 i have no problem, the app load instantly.

But if I am connected on R2 wifi my app is loading for a very very long time, today after 10 min it finally load (2 screenshot is the loading page i have for 10 min).
The app load but i have some menus are inaccessible, the dashboard works fine, as do the settings, but if I go to the “media” or “task list” menus, I get a loading time again (screenshot 3). I don't understand why the application is only working halfway.

My pc can always follow the new ip of the HA when i change the static IP

(This time when I set the ip address to static I restarted the rasberry pi and my phone. )

But the main dashboard remains accessible....
