Hey, I switched my zigbee network from a Sonoff Dongle-E to SMLight SLZB-06 connect via USB since it was total garbage many devices disconnecting randomly, I deleted the database.db and coordinator-backup.db and turned off the main electricity like Z2M recommended

Faced so many issues ever since, for example:

Almost all of the Aqara light switches which has a neutral wire, connected as EndDevice, and two of them straight up didn’t work at all (one was totally dead, the other worked after switching the L & N!! But still connected as EndDevice
LQI is way lower and some devices take too long to take action
Pairing devices is taking way longer time, and devices only pair when I choose (permit join “all”) choosing to pair it to a specific router Z2M doesn’t pick it up no matter how much time I wait.
Devices also randomly disconects

Have you checked for interference and taken steps to avoid it? Using a USB extension cable and picking a interference free channel for example.

all of that has been done to try to fix the prevous Sonoff dongle before

using a 5m extension usb cable, connected to a USB 2.0 port

wifi chanel is set on channel 6, and zigbee on 25

but that doesn't explain why would the routers connect as EndDevices

It does not explain that unless there was an interview failure perhaps. I assume they did show as router previously? I know that sengled stuff doesn't route: https://support.sengled.com/hc/en-us/articles/115010871308-Do-any-Sengled-Zigbee-devices-act-as-Zigbee-repeaters
I'm not sure about your particular aquara device.

They used to work as routers, I tried force removing it and pairing again, and also turning off the main power once again and still
