"your instance" is your HA server. It needs to be able to reach the Nabu Casa server. What are you seeing in the logs?

If I Click on the „Enable” it will bring me to the cloud tab where the cloud account is already configured…
I was logged in and had the whole thing working but it disconnected like a week ago and now it won’t connect already cleared the data restarted and recentered my login details
