HA iphone companion app not working with new modem/router setup | Home Assistant | Page 1

I recently switched ISPs and used the same wifi network name and password with the new modem/router. Everything's working (HA Green w/skyconnect, dashboard via browser) except the iphone HA companion app - it's just showing the blank white screen with the gear settings icon in the corner.

I've tried rebooting everything a couple times, all software/OS are up to date. Any ideas how I can figure out what's wrong with the HA app?

Are you sure your HA Green IP didn’t change?

Worst case, delete the server and add it again

#

(In the app I mean)

Yeah I tested the server address in the companion app by copying it to a web browser and it works there

Deleting and adding the server back worked?
