I got Skyconnect this week from Cloudfree. It's not being detected by HAOS on my NUC. Does this version need to be flashed? The HA site said it should be fine. It doesn't show up in devices

Modem -> Trendnet switch -> NUC -> USB Extender -> Skyconnect via USB

A fresh batch is now in stock, unaffected by the voltage regulator issue Easily add Zigbee support to your Home Assistant setup Backed by the Home Assistant project Thread support will be added in the future via a firmware update Includes a USB extender to avoid interference Get your Home Assistant Green here for just $99

That's what I'm trying to figure out. Expand the items and share.

Yeah none of them look like the zigbee stick.

I'd recommend you unplug it, run ha host logs -vf and plug it back in and show me what it says after you do that. My link explains how to check for physical damage.

Unless you want to use a keyboard and monitor you need a SSH addon, yes.

I'm a bit over my head. I might try running haos barebones on a pi for now. Proxmox and home networking is beyond my current skillset

There isn't really a password for the console.
Try just root no password.
