Hey guys, I have probably one of the first yellows. After a power outage my zha network doesn't start up again. I'm not sure how to tackle this... any help?

Are there other errors in the full log file? Something with Xncp?
Some fixes already for this already landed in Home Assistant Core 2024.12.1, but others will only land in 2024.12.2.
On another note, Multi-PAN isn't really recommended anymore, as it causes quite a lot of issues (that's why it was marked as "experimental").
If you don't have Thread devices set up using that stick, you can deactivate Multiprotocol support like this: https://connectzbt1.home-assistant.io/procedures/disable-multiprotocol/
It should also "fix" the issue you're seeing (if it's an Xncp issue).
