New Home Audio/Video setup

Building a new house and looking to setup a complete in house, wired sound system, with in roof speakers, etc.
Looking at a few different systems, like Wiim, MusicCast (Yamaha) and Roon, but wondering if anyone has recommendations on a setup, and something that would work with Home Assistant!

I'm using one of these: https://www.parts-express.com/Dayton-Audio-DAX88-8-Source-8-Zone-Distributed-Audio-Matrix-Amplifier-300-985?quantity=1 I really hate that it isn't network connected but have to admit that the RS232 connection has worked well with HA.

I know this is a necro, but what's the full setup you're using? I'm assuming it's music assistant, but what are your audio sources, and how does the full intergration with HA work?
