So I followed the instructions and returned the ZBT-1, I’m still waiting for the replacement, I’ve emailed the company I bought it from and I’ve messaged them AND NO RESPONSE. Is it just me or are others having problems with the recall process. BTW I’m in Australia

No problems with my replacement procedure in the EU. What seller are you talking about and what was the time frame?

The seller is the Smart Guys and I sent it on the 20th of November, so it’s been a week. I’m disabled and set up my home with Zigbee devices to make my life easier. I feel like I’m back in the Stone Age. I need automated lighting and power switches to turn things on and off.

My seller for reference sent an email this Monday with the return instructions, when they had the replacement sticks really in stock. Maybe your seller was a bit early.

I haven't seen others have problems quite yet. I'll share your post with our hardware team, though.

Have a link handy for their site, Stephen?

Thank you, I’m just annoyed that they can’t be bothered replying to customers emails. I feel like they should not have sent the email if they didn’t have the stock to replace them.

Totally agree!

I shared this post and your region + the supplier with the hardware team. They may pop in to ask questions or I'll follow up. 😄

I trusted in the zigbee devices to setup my home assistant with and now nothing works.

just curious, was the stick dead or did you send them a working zbt-1?

I just sent it back as advised it was factory fault
