I'm having trouble finding documentation/information on what the icon on top of the icon (the grey clock) means in my dashboard. Is there any documentation around where it comes from and what it might mean?

Is that a custom card? I don't think that exist in stock HA.

It's just a tile card.

For a thermostat.

(well, just the icon from it)

The device is an Infinity Thermostat, which is a custom device.

Ah you are right.

I believe that icon means the hvac action is "idle"

#

it will change to a flame or snowflake when heating or cooling
