I have a problem connecting Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus–ZBDongle-E to a Dell Wyse 5070 computer.

Can anyone help?

Don't use the multi-protocol firmware

That was effectively abandoned by Silicon Labs ages ago, and has more bugs than a bug hotel

So it seems the multi-protocol firmware from darkxst is no longer recommended, is that correct? Are there any other solutions for running zigbee and thread on a single Sonoff ZBDongle-E?

The multi-protocol firmware hasn't been recommended for a long long long long time

The solution you're looking for is don't do that - use another stick or another form of Thread Border Router
