So I changed to channel 25 on Z2M. to my surprise I didnt have to repair anything and my devices were there. When I turn on a light now it takes up to 10 seconds to go through. I deleted a light swith and repaired it manually and its still super laggy. I switched back to channel 11 and it works fine again. I have a sonoff dongle E. Any ideas?

Could be WiFi/bluetooth/thread interference from you or neighbors. They all use the same wireless spectrum.

wifi scanner on phone shows no one using anything past channel 8 so zigbee 25 should be perfect. I also changed zigbee channel to 20 and its still super slow. It only works on channel 11
