I want to create a chore list for each separate room on my dashboard, but I can't figure out how to integrate this with home assistant. I have Todoist and can set recurring events but when I check off the chore, it stays checked off instead of just changing to the next due date. Is there a better integration?

Grocy does recurring chores if you're interested in more 3rd party tools. It behaves in the way you describe (track the chore and it moves to next execution).
