Hello,
I am looking for a compatible Thermostat Controller that is HA compliant.
More specifically one that runs on battery instead of wires that I May control per specific zone with. One that displays temperature and able to to adjust room temperature up and down.

The device will control another device remotely, preferably over ZigBee to turn on and off the heating.

I am currently using an HA module called Multizone Generic Thermostat, it works very well. I am just missing the physical Thermostat Controller to adjust per room/zone temperature.

Does anyone have suggestions?

Wifi, but the ecobee thermostats (as long as they aren't the lite version) work locally and I believe have a battery option.

I think honeywell might have some zigbee options, but I don't know for sure.

@random marsh How did you find out the Lite version doesn't do local only? I'm interested in an Ecobee and trying to figure out which to buy to stay local. Thank you!

There is just a bug with the lite that doesn’t let it connect via home bridge. They’ve know about it but don’t intend to fix it. All the others should be fine.
