Over the weekend I cloned my drive on my raspberry pi 5 to an NVME and this morning when I went to look at the history of one of my sensors I noticed everything was gone up from the weekend and older. I still have the original SD card is there any way to get the history back?

Yes in case you were moving haos you should be able to restore a previous backup. Alternatively you could look for either a copy of the possibly broken db file and move it back into place or for the one from the sd card. Later two will need to be done with ha core being stopped and may involve manual fixing.
