Hi Everyone - When I open my apps either on my iPhone or Mac I get the same result. The screen is blank and all I have in a gear icon on the bottom right (settings) Any thoughts? I have done front-end cache resets but still nothing.

Tap the gear icon, tap on your server, tap internal url, copy that url, paste in Safari

I did recently change from google nest wifi mesh to my tmobile gateway and access point
I can see my MACs IP address in apple ssytem settings.. Would I use that to replace the internal one?

No problem, in the same screen that you entered your internal URL, don’t forget to also add you network SSID, in future versions of HA it will be mandatory otherwise external URL will be used
