Portable temperature/humidity sensor

Hello !
I'm looking for a portable sensor. Something I could attach to my keys or put it in my car or at work. This should be able to work and store data for at minimum a day on battery. Then when I bring the sensor into ZigBee, wifi or my phone Bluetooth range, it to export the data to Home assistant.
Does a hardware solution exist in the market?

I've found a Meross with a solar but I actually can't be far from it's hub.

does your phone not have temp/humidity sensors built in?

the problem with this is that HA is not designed to have data "backfilled" in like this, so regardless of the existence of the sensor, you'd need to do something kinda sketchy to get the data into HA
