There is a deleted entry that still shows in the Energy Config setup section. I'm not sure how to delete it. I tried to restart Home Assistant and it still shows up.

It may be that it still has statistics. If you go to developer-tools/statistics, does it offer you to delete them?
Also check if it exists in config/entities table (not developer-tools/entities)
