Hello I have a Skyconnect Zigbee v1.0 and it all of a sudden stopped working. The dongle is in a USB 2.0 port attached to a usb extension cable (I have tried other ports and cables) . All the devices entities connect to it show as unavailable but still show up. I am running HA OS in a KVM on ubuntu and have made sure that all the USB pass through is working and the device shows up. I have also tried removing the hub and resetting it up which has the same effect as well as chaning the network channel.
