whats the easist way to identify all the devices that have been added to amazon alexa through HA? a lot of them are just random numbers and weird stuff

Under the "Expose" tab of Voice Assistant Settings you can see all the entities that are exposed and which assistants they are exposed to.

I don't know... try changing one and then tell Alexa to discover devices.
