Hello! I'm using Tuya WB_Smart_Bulb and I think Govee lights. I'd like for to use my Streamdeck to trigger the lights to activate a lightning or torch effect. I'm trying to figure out how to do that best 🙂

So, if the Tuya bulb is a WiFi bulb, you could create the scene in the Tuya/Smartlife app. Then, that scene will show up in HA as a scene you can activate with the scene.activate action. That’s probably the easiest way to do it.
If it’s a Zigbee bulb, it won’t support scenes like that.

I think my first problem is setting up an effect in the scene. I can only find light color changes. Is there a way to get a list of effects from a bulbs manufacturer or manually do it?

If it’s WiFi and you have it setup in the Tuya app, then you can create scenes there. They will be picked up by HA.
