i setted up manual ip, on ha, everything shows ok, noVNC works fine, supervisor logs everything green

no idea whos fault is, unraid, router or HOS

What issue do you have? I'd recommend keeping DHCP and setting a static DHCP lease in the router.

the issue is not load ip:8123 / 4357

The ip might already be given to something else or it's not valid for your network. DHCP is just simpler and safer.

Note that you probably don't need that second disk.
