fresh marten
my ZBT-1 came in the mail today.
I followed the instructions here

to make my raspberry pi 3B my open border router (sort of).
I didn't see the ZBT-1 device show up under hardware but suddenly saw it come up in the Devices & Services tab under "Discovered" so i just hit "configure" from there. When it was done though, i did not see it come up under my thread integration. After I went on my phone and sent credentials, this one did come up, but i'm not sure what it is and it does not have any open border router.
I noticed that if i go to hardware, the ZBT-1 is there with the button for configure, but if i hit that it tells me
"The radio firmware on your Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1 could not be determined. Make sure that no other integration or addon is currently trying to communicate with the device. If you are running Home Assistant OS in a virtual machine or in Docker, please make sure that permissions are set correctly for the device."
I'm not sure what's going on or what to do. I tried setting up a matter device that runs on thread and it did not work. any help would be much appreciated... HA has been a rough start ngl...
