Unable to open /expose endpoint - Uncaught Promise in the Browser Console

I have old entities that used to be provided by MQTT, the names/descriptions were a little messed up.

Now for some reason these items are being Exposed and preventing me from loading the page:

I am able to view the exposed tab once I disable MQTT integration as a whole

How can I delete all those Entities?
Or how can I mass disable them from being Exposed?

When I try to delete the Entity, I get this error - Even though those Entities are no longer being populated
