Today, I can read the energy and power metrics from my load and solar inverter, but I’m missing data from or to the grid. I believe the metrics are updated at least every 2 min.
To estimate grid-to-load and PV-to-grid usage, would it be accurate to calculate these by taking the difference in real-time power measurements and then integrating over time (Integral helper) to obtain the energy?
