How do I view the mqtt payload data for the events I'm getting from frigate? I'm trying to debug some things and want to explore what's contained in the payload

You can use MQTT Explorer or if you are using the same broker in HA, if you go into the MQTT integration and configure, you can view payloads on topics there as well.
