Have you tried clearing your cache? It might not fix your problem but is an easy thing to try.

I don't think the web page card is considered outdated. I was playing with it a couple of days ago.
This may be unrelated to you but happens to me sometimes. The Dark Reader extension for Firefox doesn't function properly with my dashboard so I have an exception set. Sometimes the exception undoes itself. Do you have any extensions in the browsers that deal with dark mode type settings?
