When I log into my newly created account the website popup loops with what's shown in the attached screen grab. Something about region. I've tried on multiple devices and browsers. Help?

To be clear here, it seems this is related to the website itself and possibly related to the 30 trial. Regardless I cannot access my account to do anything because of this pop up locking me out of the page constantly.
