Hi. Running HA 2024.10.4 on HAOS 10.3 with ZwaveJS 3.16.1.
Between two reboots yesterday, one of my Zwave devices (Fibaro Double Module) plain disappeared. It is not in the ZWaveJS UI (the node is not broken, it is just not in the DB) and therefore all the HA entities are missing. Otherwise the Zwave network works correctly as if the node never existed. I do not think the reboot was special -- possibly it was the first full reboot since I updated ZwaveJS from 3.16 to 3.16.1, but that is it.
I do not even know how to start to troubleshoot this. Reboots, restarts of ZWaveJS etc do not work.
