I am trying to turn on power save mode on my tablet when the screen is locked. I have the relevant sensors enabled through the companion app. The problem is that the only thing I can do with my device is send it a notification in the "Then do" section of the automation page. How do I access the other sensors and change their state through the "Then do" section? Or is there another way?

You can't change the state of a device's sensor via script action... the sensor is just reporting what they are sensing. There are a limited set of commands you can send to effect a device's function: https://companion.home-assistant.io/docs/notifications/notification-commands
