Device Tracker disappeared

After reinstalling the companion app on an Android phone, the device tracker of that phone disappeared.
Tried to give it another name and still, no device tracker on home assistant...
Even created a new person with another login, fresh installed in the phone, and no luck...

Any suggestions?
