#Raspberry pi 4 boot issue

Hi unsure if this is the correct place to ask, but my sd card failed and i have formated it. But now i do not how to boot from my USB SSD. Any idea how to setup this? On x86 this would be no issue, but as the bootloader was on the sdcard im stuck and cannot boot
